Clear blue skies, outside in thin cardigans...and they call this winter!
On a recent long weekend, friends gathered to celebrate birthdays and the christening of Benny the BBQ!
The weather was perfect and when it started to get a bit cooler towards the end of the
afternoon, a fire was lit. We sat around the fire, telling stories and laughing. What a fantastic way to spend a long weekend!
We headed up to Windy Point, which is about a 10 minute drive from my house here, to watch the sunset over the beach and the city.
The were stunning right across the sprawling city of Adelaide. We could even make out the Southern Expressway (a road built to go in one direction depending on the time of day).
We could clearly make out the line of red tail lights heading up the hill!
The big lobster in Kingston SE is one of the famous 'big things' in Australia.
Robe is a gorgeous little town along the coast. It has a population of around 1500 people. It is incredibly windy but the scenery is stunning.
It has a saltwater lake which creates formations around the edge of it. The beach is absolutely stunning.
